Unprofessional
I took my car there for a break job about a month 1/2 ago. I had to bring my car bck a month later because the breaks were squeaking worse than the 1st time. Basically they didn't do the break job correctly. I waited 2hrs for them to tell me they sprayed a break pad solution to test breaks to see if they received bad break pads. Long story short I'm still waiting for my car to be worked on for a mistake they made. Unreal do yourself a fav dont go there.

Harried and Confused equals Delays
As a customer at Mamaroneck location for over 20 years, I have experienced a different, less competent staff every time I go for service. Not only it did they take over twenty minutes to identify my customer profile, they treated my need to replace a tire as a "maintenance" appointment, told I would need to wait 2-3 hours for service -- with an appointment. The manager, Steve, did not finish our conversation, but put on another confused staff. In all, it took several calls, and two days to replace a tire they insured. At this point, I am forced to find a consistent service and a respectful response to my $35,000 spend at Mavis Mamaroneck. Find a reliable location, one that respects and values a loyal customer. At each visit, a new staff found it challenging to locate my extensive service history, and were never conciliatory nor helpful. Took two days to replace a single tire, with a call to tell me they lost my vehicle key. Is this 2024?
