Received an email for tire rotation

Received an email for tire rotation, I called to schedule. Was prompt they told me to come in same day, Chris met me at my vehicle when I pulled in, collected plate and mileage, gave him my keys and he said he would meet me inside, coffee was available, warm waiting area and Jim was very helpful. Clean restroom was available. Sales area was clean, snacks available with refreshment too. Felt very comfortable. It's a pleasure to come back and get them to service my vehicles . Thank you Mavis tire and NTB. Robert Griffith.
