This Mavis store is amazing! They are always kind, professional, and friendly! Also, they always communicate your car’s needs well and work in a timely manner! My last experience was great! Devin and Roach at the Mavis store in Monroe, NY were so professional, helpful, and polite! I truly appreciate all their help and how well they took care of my car! I will always bring my car back here for service! I would recommend everyone to do the same! Your car will be in the best of care!!!! Exceeded Expectations
I think this store deserves a little more recognition that it's rating suggests. On my way back home on Sunday (2.5 hr drive), got a flat on my runflats and very few stores were open and none carried my tire size. I was initially reluctant to bring my BMW to a national tire store chain, but I had no choice since Mavis was the closest tire shop. When I got there, the new manager, Anthony, and another gentlemen gave me a the full run down (and education) on tire options. Never did they try to sell me anything and they were extremely knowledgeable. I'm not sure why I was surprised, but I guess I wasn't used to that kind of service having had bad experiences in the past with other chain stores. They even let me order a tire from another retailer and get it shipped there for them to install! The price was more than fair- it was down right inexpensive for them to take the flat tire off, put new on, balance, and mount. When's the last time you felt like you weren't taken advantage of at a dealership or auto shop? I left the car there and came back on Sunday to pick it up, and I got there 1 hour after they closed (sorry about that). But, I got my car and got back upstate safely. Anthony and the crew did a great job and definitely renewed my stance on stores like Mavis. Thanks again for great work and service!

She immediately without words being spoken picked up on the kind of day I was Having and went above and Beyond to make my Car Woes a Non Issue.
