Very rude customer service had a 10am…

Very rude customer service had a 10am appointment, arrived 10 min early, and was told that appointments had to wait like everybody else, it would take 1-2 hr before they could get my car in for tires.Mr. Degenhardt could not have been ruder, will never do business there again. I drove 1 hr left without the tires NEVER AGAIN
