Niagara Falls Mavis: Russell and Sean were BEYOND AMAZING in helping us get back on the road yesterday after a MAJOR ordeal in getting a tire shipped to their store from across the state. Due to a mix up with corporate dispatch, we had to drive on a donut across the state because no stores in the entire state were able to get the tire we needed. This includes Firestone, Goodyear, Sam’s, Walmart, and so many more. Although their computers were down, they were able to not just help us, but they finished the job we needed in under 30 minutes. They literally saved our road trip. Thank you Russell and Sean - you truly are the epitome of excellent customer service, and we’ll never, EVER forget you! Highly recommend this place!!

Aggressive behavior
I have never had anyone tell me they were going to put my old flat tire back on after I questioned the price. Terrible service. I was scammed. Needs anger

They took me in while being extremely short staffed and were super nice as well as extremely fast !! Going to a new location to get work done in the car is always a little nerve wracking but the service was great and I will be back for future repairs.

Needed tires for an old 1971 chevy…
Needed tires for an old 1971 chevy pickup, rare size, Kevin was able to find a set for us and get them on. Also needed an inspection on another vehicle and I was in and out. Always deal with Kevin when I go, he has always helped me out.
