Road Hazzard Claim

After 20 years, I was treated to a disorganized check-in on scrap paper and a $46 price markup over their online price. They botched a road hazard claim with unfair proration and then lied on my final invoice, stating I 'declined' a warranty they claimed they no longer offer. It’s clear that under new ownership, long-term loyalty is no longer a priority.
