Visited for a routine PM and had an excellent experience. Lucy is very well versed and knowledgeable and is a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend this store.
I dropped my car off at 9:20 am because the weight for the tire fell off. They told me it would only take an hour. It’s now 11:23 am and the only thing they did was put the car on the lift. So told them to bring my car to me and left. Don’t tell someone it will only be an hour and have us wait longer without calling or giving a heads up. So unprofessional! I’m just going to stick with my original mechanic shop. I only went here because it was close to the senior center.
