I highly recommend Mavis Tire in Oneida New York for all of your vehicles.
I was greeted by Andrew and Winster who were very professional and I told them my issues and they got it fixed within no time and had me out the door smiling ☺
Out of any of the other Mavis Tires I would recommend this one the most!

The staff at Mavis Oneida is seco d to none, I've been going there for 40 years and I will continue..My nephew had a flat tire and was on side the road I took the tire that needed repaired to several other local places but no one could get to it. Mavis took it and fixed it immediately saving me a massive tow fee. Ty Mavis your the best and a leader in customer first service..

The staff at Mavis Tire are friendly and reliable. They communicated with me about my car each step of the way during repair! I would recommend Mavis for your car maintenance needs.

I had an appointment with them to replace a headlight and tail light on my Subaru. Even though one of their mechanics was out Gary and the manager Andrew were able to fix my problem in less than 5 minutes at no charge. I don't think I have ever had a shop as caring as they are. They definitely would deserve 6 stars if it was available.

I had a flat tire and they took my car in immediately and repaired the tire. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. I can’t thank them enough!!!

We bought tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to Mavis. We had a 12:30pm appt and when we got there the tire guy was at lunch...had personal issue to take care of. Brandon and Matt were wonderful while we waited. They know their stuff!! They apologized often and kept us informed of the time line. Brandon even cut our tire install in half. Once he returned it was done quick and efficient. Thank you Brandon and Matt for keeping us company. They have always been good to us but this was more than any other place would do. We will recommend them every chance we get!!

Excellent customer service

I went to the Oneida NY store to have a patch put on a tire. From the moment I got there the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. While I waited I couldn’t help but notice how compassionate the workers were to the customers and how hard they all worked. Highly recommend this store for car repairs and service.

Our service technician at Mavis, Mike, was prompt and detailed when he updated us about what service as needed on our cars. He was kind and courteous. We were very pleased with our service at Mavis in Oneida.

I was at the oneida NY Mavis and was treated excellent. I am always concerned with my car as I have a child that rides in my car with me. My tires were in poor condition, but I was not just told they were junk. Mike explained why it was unsafe and worked with me to find tires that would make me feel safe driving my family around.

Always good to deal with these guys. Merry Christmas.

I literally watched these guys act professionally even after another garage put lugnuts on too tightly on a woman’s vehicle. Those lugnuts ended up swelled and rusted! She should Learn from your own complaint! She forgot to change her phone number so they didn’t know they were calling the wrong number and she never checked on her vehicle. I see a big enough turnover to know there is training needed but that’s why we work WITH the garage, not set them up for failure! Great job on my control arm/ sway link on my Honda! Even though it took the whole day, it was obvious because the bays were full when I dropped it off! I was surprised they finished the same day! Thank You guys and Robert Eaton is exceptional at explaining the details!

I always receive excellent customer service at Mavis in Oneida, NY. Bob, Manager & Schyler are professional and welcoming.
