Customer Service for my Lexus ES 350…
So had an issue with my Lexus ES 350 2009. Ron drove me to work, and they worked on my car. Diego called to tell me the issue. Ron came to pick me back up. Before working on the issue, Joseph the manager called my mechanic in NYC so he could explain the issue before working on my car. Changed my oil and asked for a review. True customer service.

Happy Now with the service in Pennington
I was quick to say when I thought the service at Mavis was awful BUT since JOSEPH has been the manager in Pennington I only have positive words. Before that there was a different manager every time I went to deal with an ongoing problem..None of whom took the time to fix my issue. Since Joseph has been there he has consistently provided wonderful service.
He takes the time to talk to his customers and is a real problem solver and an all around nice person

Another great experience at Penningto…
Another great experience at Pennington Mavis. They changed the oil and rotated the tires in 40 minutes while I waited. The service manager was courteous and professional and the waiting area is clean and bright. And the price was half of what the dealership would charge.

My tire went flat
My tire went flat. Drove to Mavis and was out in an hour . They were understanding that I was on my way to work. Replace the tires and I was on my way. The staff was understanding and kind.
