Bad Experience

We brought our car here. We were advised that our rim was cracked and welding would cost $300 to repair the issue. The guy then ordered the wrong tire . They seemed unsure of the correct tire size. With all the redflags we went to a different mavis. We saved $150.00 and were treated amazing with great service. We will NOT return to the Roselle Park location . Many thanks to the staff and Manager at the Piscataway location.

2016 Honda HR-V engine splash shield

Very bad experience because the engine splash shield was not put on right on my 2016 Honda HR-V after an oil change. Came off my car on the NJ Parkway the very next day and was destroyd.(luckly didn't hit another car) Spoke with Anthony at Mavis and told him what had happened then gave him the price on a after market splash shield on Amazon.which is $79.99 He told me it would have to go through Corporate to get approval for the refund and would let me know the outcome by Friday 1-16-2026...,never got a word from him! They lost a good customer...

I went to change my oil and requested a…

I went to change my oil and requested a synthetic oils change for my Acura tl 2007 ...a 6 cylinder vechile. At first I was told they were going to have it sent over from the auto part store and then they said it was ready. When I mention I didnt see the auto store drop anything off they said oh they found one that fit. I didn't think much of it.. I paid over $100 and went on my way. after awhile notice problems and oil light come on. I filled it and again. Then I had some one check it and they showed my it was leaking and the black stuff on the sid of my car wasn't snow residue but oil. It was leaking because they knowingly used the wrong filter. A 4 cylinder filter ecoguard x4615 to be exact on my vehicle. I called to request a refund to the manager Anothy whom at first ask what i wanted hume to do and try to deny it then said ok and once he got a ok to refund me would call back no later then 2 days. he then avoid my calls for weeks with no call back ...Trashy service all the way around and who knows what other damage they did.

I went in because I thought I needed to…

I went in because I thought I needed to replace a tire, thankfully that wasn’t the case. All I needed was to patch the tire. I was soooo thankful as it was a LOT cheaper to patch my tire!! The people there are honest! & professional! Received GREAT SERVICE! I will definitely come back

We had a great experience with the service, prices were very reasonable. Mechanics are very hardworking I appreciate how communicative they can be. Especially the front desk Nisa, she is exceptional, she gets to know her customers and helps out as much as she can. Nisa really cares about your needs and is really understanding. The rest of stuff is just as wonderful. There are no hidden fees. Very honest people. Nisa does deserve a raise. We will be coming back

So I brought my truck there to get 4…

So I brought my truck there to get 4 brand new tires. I paid almost $1,000.00 and was told I was getting 4 new air valves as well. Picked up my car and the very next day 2 of my tires were almost flat. I put air in my tires and realized they never put new air valves on my tires. Just left the old ones on there. I brought it back and explained the situation and told them I had to keep filling up my tire with air because they were going flat. They told me not to worry they would fix it. Picked it up again and they told me they put new valves on my tires and also told me they had to put a new tire sensor on bc my old one was bad (I never had a problem with my old one). I left once again and by the next morning, my tire was flat. Once again, they never changed my valves (which they said they did) and still 2 of my tires were flat. The so called “new” sensor they put on my one tire didn’t work and now I was getting lights on and messages on my car saying that I needed to check my tire monitor system. I brought my car back for the 3rd time and explained that the sensor was bad, there is still the old valves on the tire l, and two of my tires were still flat and I had to keep filling them up with air twice a day. They took the car in and a couple hours later they called and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, they said they sealed the tires so they wouldn’t leak air, and said that the sensor they put on was bad and if I wanted them to put on another sensor, it was going to be $150.00!!! I took the car and left. I didn’t even want to talk to them anymore. When I got home, I still had the old valves on my tires, and I saw that my center rim cap was now missing. They put my center cap on the wrong way and I lost it on the drive home. So now I’m missing my center cap, I still have the old valves, my tires are still leaking air and I’m filling them up daily, and now I have a bad sensor in my one tire that they said they replaced for free because they probably messed up my old one when switching the tires, and they want to charge me $150 for a new one now. So I am back to square one!!! I basically gave them $1,000.00 for absolutely NOTHING!! I will NEVER NEVER EVER go back and do business with them again!!! I don’t even want to go back for the 4th time to complain bc they obviously can’t do their job right. Now I have to go to a REAL tire place and probably spend another $1,000.00 plus get a new center cap for my rim, and now a new sensor. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! They get ZERO stars from me and I do NOT recommend anyone wasting their time going there. Bad bad bad bad business!!!! HORRIBLE!!

Great Service!

First of all, the employees at the Roselle Park store are friendly, polite and go above and beyond! They are also efficient in their work, which is big help in my day!

I called on Friday and made an appointment for 8 this morning. I work nearby, but I live 75 miles away, which is normally at least a two hour commute in the morning. So this morning I left my house at 5:30 in order to be on time for my appointment before going to work.
When I checked in there was no appointment made for me, but your personnel were nice and said they would still get me in as soon as possible, which they did. I was back on the road and into my office by 9:15!
Thank you for being nice and helping me. My schedule is so tight with this commute that it really helps me. I hope you'll share my feelings and wish them a nice week!
