A Christmas story for real

A Christmas story for real! We had a serious noise on our van Christmas eve. My wife called the Tire Kingdom/Mavis that was closest and they informed her they were closing for the Holiday. These guys were great, they told her to come on over and they waited. Christmas eve and they waited!!!! They found the problem, told us we could drive the van w/o ac and they could fix it Friday. I SHOWED UP Friday am and they fixed our van as promised. I was there several hours (waiting on the part) and I watched these guys in action, the way they treated every customer was awesome. I have always loved tire kingdom and watching these guys just reminded me why I do business with them. These guys, the whole team, deserve a big raise... I would travel the 223 miles to give them my business! Thanks again and again for your help. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Got an oil change and all fluids…

Got an oil change and all fluids topped. The next day I noticed they didn’t top the fluids, several were low. They offered no apology or explanation only that he will “talk to my guy”. I was relying on them to do right by me and they failed. I was a repeat customer but will never go there again.
