From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Vince. I came in for an oil change. While my vehicle was on the lift the tech inspected my tired and noted inside wheel wear in my drivers front tire. Vince took the time to explain to me what was wrong and why it happened. Explained in depth what is needed to correct the problem. Provide a competitive quote and completed the oil and alignment within an hour. The shop was clean and organized. All the staff were friendly and professional

My car and I have brought Vince and his team some unusual problems over the past year-and-a-half. Vince is very knowledgeable, calm, and respectful, and his team is top notch. If I have to leave the car, they keep in touch with me to let me know what the problem is and what the cost will be. I have never been left in the dark not knowing what to expect. I won't trust my car with anyone else!

Great Place
I came in on Friday morning with a very loud exhaust. They took me immediately,took me into the garage to show me what was broken and how my rear shocks were also bad. They explained everything clearly and also showed me what would be needing work in the future. I was quoted a fair price and they got to work. They are a great group of professionals,friendly,polite and knowledgeable. I will be going back when my car needs work in the future. Thank you Amherst Mavis Crew! You're the BEST!!!

Excellent service from Mavis, as usual! I've now been to three locations in the Buffalo area, and every time I go they always take good care of my car and me. They communicate every step of the way and don't upsell you like a lot of competitors do. Highly recommend!
