If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Charley is the only decent employee in this store. This location should be shut down as a whole. They did more damage to my car than fixing it. I had to bring him back six times within a month and they charged me every single time for their own mistakes. They did not properly install a stem bow onto two of my tires. When I took my car back to have them fix it they only corrected one and I had to take it back again. In the process of putting on a new tire, they did not balance it and my tierods got damaged. They charge me for that as well. Please no one make this mistake of going to this location.
