Excellent tire service
This is Rick Ellis, and I took my wife’s Outback Subaru to the local Mavis automobile and tire shop this Sunday afternoon (April 19, 2026) due to having a nail in one of her tires. Kelly was on duty this afternoon and was very quick to get her vehicle in the shop bay. The nail was pulled out and the tire repaired within about a 45 minute timeframe!! That was record time, in my book! I had not been in this store before today but it was a very friendly place to be, and clean as a pin in the store. Kelly kept me posted on the progress of the job, and I was quickly in and out.
Thanks to the team at Mavis, on South Broadway in Tyler, TX!! Great job, and most likely when it’s “tire swapping” time, we will return to Mavis Tire and Auto for that work as well. By the way, Kelly didn’t charge me anything for the repair!
