I would like to commend the services provided to me on Sunday afternoon. I had my car towed there at 3:30 pm. The staff were very professional and efficient. They were open until 5:00 pm. They took me right away.They were able to resolve the problem. They repaired my tire by taking off the spare tire and replacing the valve stem to the wheel of original tire. Matthew & Fred coordinated the services that needed to be done in a timely manner. I did not have to wait long at all. This is the second time I had services done on my tires. They were cordial, polite and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Excellent team. I highly recommend them for efficient and professional services. JoAnn Ellis

Reliable, honest, and always helpful

These guys are incredibly helpful, very honest (highly valued), their integrity is beyond any question (something not so common in this business), and they really try to help you and not to make you spend unnecessarily. Top notch service
I have been going to Mavis for many years (diff stores as well) but the Westfield NJ one is top notch always. Great Service, people are kind, not always trying to make you pay for simple things. Today my kid went by as check tire light showed up and at no charge, they checked and put air in tire needing air. It's always great to have a place you can trust.
