I got new battery last week. They told me my battery has 30% left. Got brakes done 9 months ago that said 50% worn.

Mavis in Wheaton,IL was an awful experience. It started ok with a brake inspection & quote. 1~2 days later I took the car to be serviced & the Asst. Mgr. gave me a price if $100 more. That day the store Mgr. was unavailable to clarify the price. Once the correct was verified, approx. 2 weeks later I did a 2nd attempt for new brakes. The job was completed but on the way home the car sounded and felt terrible. There was a metal scraping noise and loud rattling causing the car to shake. I took the car next day & it was determined some loose bolts were overlooked by the mechanic. The next day, the scraping noise was worse. At this point I determined that the staff was either improperly trained, incompetent, or sloppy. In the end I had to pay an extra $70 to have a different mechanic fix Mavis’ sloppy repairs.

They honored their word on the tire warranty without questions. I had 4 new tires put on 3 months ago. Hit a nail. Tire could not be saved. They replaced tire at no cost at all. No double talk, no trying to upsale. Simply pulled up the order and changed the tire! Appreciated their integrity! Firestone drove me here after trying to get me to pay over $500 for tire service I didn’t need to begin with. Thanks guys. I can send my wife to you and do not have worry about her being taking advantage of for her lack of mechanical skills/background and you get the job done every time! Definitely coming back!

Saved me!
It was raining hard and cold and of course my tire is flat. I got my car towed to Mavis on Roosevelt in Wheaton. Jessica greeted me and assured me she’d call within the hour with news. An hour later Jessica called said come get your keys and your vehicle you are ready to be back in the road. Let me tell you I was prepared for an upsell or some similar nonsense to add to this crappy day. But not at all. Jessica is awesome and the service couldn’t have been better. Thank you!!!
