I had an Amazing Experience with Mavis Today .. I live in Marmora NJ n had to take my 83 yr old ex sister in law to her drs appt n my check oil light came on n I tried to get it looked at a shop where I usual get work done but they were busy n her appt was 1:15 pm so I was pressed for time n after the drs appt that was right next door to Mavis .. I googled n it said they could check my oil n I took it there n Dave n Mike were Phenomenal 🥰n met my needs in like 10 mins n they said it was out of oil n the filled my oil (which this is a tire place n usually don’t fill oil) but they were sooo compassionate n really cared n filled my 4.6 quarts oil n never charged me for it !!! N today’s world 🌎 it’s very very rare U can get something done for free !!!! I was sooo happy n confident I could make it back to Sea Isle city from Deptford n I could not Thank them Enough !! Mike n Dave need a raise because they went Above n Beyond for Me n I would recommend anyone that lives in this area to get good quality care for their Vehicles to stop by n ask for their Outstanding Customer Care .. Thanks Dave n Mike for Being U … U guys make Me Smile 🤗 ☮️

I’m just gonna say that this store has the best employees. My tire blew out on the bridge. I’m stuck on the bridge for over an hour coming off night shift. I call and ask for the manager because at this point I wanted to go to bed but needed a tired. Vaughan great in the phone because he said the store manager Matt was in a meeting . I said nevermind. He said hold on I can help you. He got me right in there. Matt personally made sure I was taken care of. Eric changed out my tire so fast. I was in and out in 30 minutes. This store has a great team!

Do not go to the mavis discount tire in woodbury, nj. The staff is incredibly rude, especially Devon at the front desk. I called to make an appointment. When i show up the day of the appointment, they tell me there is no appointment. I am a single mom and don't have a lot of time to do thing like this. So i make an appointment for the following week. My car was making a squeaking noise. They replaced the front brakes and rotors and replaced the windshield wipers. When they're finished, the guy tells me they accidentally cracked my hubcap, and i could either go get a new one and be reimbursed or they could order it. As ive already wasted 3 hours at their shop, i asked them to order one. 4 days later, the first time it rained, i turn on my rear windshield wiper for the first time. it gets stuck vertical. I call them and the guy says he'll look into it and the hubcap and he'll call me back. 6 hours goes by and he doesnt call me back. i'm worried the motor will burnout so i call again. twice. it rings and rings. i go to the shop. Devon, very unprofessional and rude, tells me its going to take an hour to fix the wiper. He also tells me no one ordered the hubcap, and actually he can't order one. I'll have to waste more of my time to go get one and get reimbursed. I feel like im being punished for their mistakes. Also, my car is still making the squeaking noise i paid $791 to get fixed. Please, for your own sake, do not go to mavis discount tire in woodbury.

General Manager, Matt is the main reason that I return to Mavis. Quality service at a fair price. As long as Matt is at Deptford, I'll keep returning.

When starting my car, an error symbol showed on my dash. The car felt as though it was going to die. I drove straight to my local Mavis dealer where I have been a customer for approx 7 years. I needed a new alternater and battery. The tech said that the mechanic who would do the job would not be at work until the next day. Also, I should leave my car there and not drive it.
Since I had no way home, Mavis drove me home (approx 5 miles) and picked me up the following day when my car was ready.
I appreciated the concern for my safety and ensuring I had transportation home and then back to Mavis!

I was unable to attend an event Saturday evening which I had paid for out of pocket and subsequently lost the money for it.
