DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Sold out of items I ordered. I’ve contacted them 6 times in the last 2 weeks and have not received any responses. Also reached out on social media and they have deleted my comments on their posts regarding their lack of responses to my order.

Disappointed



I ordered from Mavrans and was disappointed to find that they delivered one matching set (shirt and shorts), but the second set only included two pairs of shorts instead of the correct matching shirt and shorts. I’ve reached out to the company for a solution, but after this experience, I don't plan on ordering from them again. Like another reviewer mentioned, the expedited delivery took over a week, even though I was initially told it would arrive last Thursday (today is Wednesday).

As for the product itself, the color of the shirt I received didn’t match the one shown on the model. While the standalone images of the shirt and shorts were more accurate, the model picture made it appear almost white, but it turned out to be more of a taupe or sand color.

In terms of sizing, the small was far too long and loose, even though the pictures made it look like a more relaxed tailored fit. At 5'9" and 140 lbs, I felt like I was wearing something three sizes too big.

With the items arriving much later than expected, and the fit being unflattering, I’m now just days away from a vacation and work retreat with nothing to wear. For the price (which, as another reviewer pointed out, is comparable to more high-end brands), I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from Mavrans again.

Disappointed with Mavrans’ Order Handling and Shipping Choices

As someone with a rich background in luxury retail, having contributed to some of the industry’s most prestigious companies, I have cultivated a keen understanding of what exceptional customer service entails. Regrettably, my recent encounter with Mavrans starkly contrasted these principles.

My journey with Mavrans began on a Sunday when I placed an order. I believe the checkout process did not clearly highlight or possibly omitted the option for expedited shipping, leading to my initial oversight. Upon realization, I reached out to their customer service, stressing the need to receive my items before a forthcoming vacation. They confirmed the feasibility of this request and subsequently charged me for expedited shipping, which was to be fulfilled by USPS. Unfortunately, the promise of overnight delivery went unmet.

This brings me to a pivotal concern: the decision to utilize USPS for expedited shipping on high-priced items. Given the premium associated with Mavrans’ products, it strikes me as not only disappointing but also irresponsible to rely on a service that cannot consistently guarantee the expedited delivery essential to luxury retail standards.

Following the missed delivery, my anticipation of a proactive response from Mavrans—a refund for the shipping, at the very least—was met with silence. My attempts to seek answers required persistent follow-ups, only to be ultimately ignored.

In my professional view, Mavrans operates at a price point that places it within the luxury retail category. Yet, their choice of shipping partner and the subsequent handling of my order reflect a glaring disconnect from the luxury service ethos. This experience has underscored a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction that I find inexcusable. No customer should have to navigate such shortcomings, especially in what is deemed luxury retail.
