Max is an exceptional Personal Trainer and I can’t say enough to recommend him.
Returning to the gym after some time, I needed a trainer who could both give me the confidence and knowledge to get a thorough work out and help me achieve the goals I had set myself. Alongside this I also needed someone who was kind and supportive for as I was somewhat of a gymphobic.
Max has very definitely achieved all of this. A session with him has meant that I was pushed and as a result I have become a lot more knowledgeable. He has taught me a wide variety of exercises both with machines and weights that the gym offers. I always looked forward to a session and anything I was unsure or unable to do one week I was able to do well the next.
I had an amazing time with him and benefitted hugely from both his guidance and support. He was responsive and hugely knowledgeable. I can confidently say that after 12 sessions with him I am noticeably stronger and my balance has greatly improved .I have lost some weight although that was not my reason for taking up PT but its always great to lose a couple of pounds. Iin my yoga practice my instructor has seen a visible improvement. Regarding my tennis he given me some tennis specific exercises which has enabled me to finally beat on of my tennis rivals. YAY
