Bills…
I have had nothing but trouble with this company since I started with you last September. My bills are mostly wrong and its always by £1000 it takes ages to sort out. I've been in credit on my bill since January as you took a extra £1000 by direct debit that was wrong. Im still waiting now to get some of this credit back to my account. I still havent even received my bill for February its disgusting and if I could leave i would.
