Is this a company or just a guy in a garage! No phone number, no return emails no ANYTHING!!!!
I would NEVER do business with MAXERLY if you’re smart.
Here’s an irony; they send a message saying, hey there your below in your account, you need to transfer monies before you bounce checks 😳 why do I have you then stupid.

I saw an ad on Facebook about this company so I decided to inquire further to see if I could get a $200 loan as the ad states. So i applied submitting all my banking info and for 4 days, it said application pending, so I finally decided to reach out thru their email being the only contact source available, and inquired how long does it take to process an application and mentioned it had already been 4 days. Then out of nowhere, about a hour later I get a Congratulations email, stating I was approved for $100 and that the money would be deposited soon and nothing was needed to be done on my end. So i was like ok, then a few hours had gone by, and no deposit although their website says 2 minutes. So i emailed again, asking them the timeframe on receiving the loans, and i still hadnt received any deposit, then they sent me the same text and email again advising me of my approval. Hour went by and still nothing, as of today nothing and its 2 days since being told i was approved. So ive emailed them a couple times more letting them know i havent received anything and that I hope they dont attempt to withdraw from my acct on the said due date and asking them yo follow up and confirm but havent received any reply or deposit so if by tomorrow I havent received any confirmation or deposit i will be contacting my bank making sure any attempts by them to withdraw any money is declined.. im wondering if this company is a scam.

I got a couple loans and the second one was repaid on October 21st. Thats the date it cleared my bank. I now have a note saying i have not repaid the amount due. I have emailed them 3 times and still to this day....no response back. It would be nice if you could call someone. I thought this was gonna be a good thing...looks like its not as good as i thought.

First it seemed promising. Then I got double charged two days apart for my payment. I tried to contact Maxerly and no one ever responds. There is only an email. I looked up the address they have on the website and it is to a UPS location which was sketchy. I got the advance, but not quickly, took 2 days (not minutes or 24 hr like advertised). I finally got ahold of someone who was asking me to do a survey, I told her I needed help. I got refunded by my bank and was told my payment didnt clear. In the website it said I was overdue yet I was charged twice successfully? What?? She said give it 3 to 4 days. It took from the 15th to the 22nd to show cleared. That is ridiculous. Then I got am email I would get an advance withing a day. No advance came, and webpage shows application pending. I hope they do not try and charge me for an advance I didnt get. And again, no one answers me from customer service about my issue. I do not refer them, and want my account canceled from any further business.

Very sketchy and likely a scam. You’ll be able to enter all your info and then your application status will say “in processing” for over a week. I attempted to contact them by email three times and no one has responded. My friend said when she got a response it came from what appeared to be the founder’s personal email. I will be reporting them as it appears they’ve taken the information of several people.

Woww...It was super fast and easy experience getting a title loan from Maxerly, right from my mobile phone! It took just 60 mins to get the cash.
