notification after buy

I did not receive any notification regarding the package shipping, and for weeks I was waiting, while the tire was already sent to the repair shop!

Delivery and notification services have some serious issues...

After im ordered the tyres, they write im gonna get it 6 days later... i have ordered because i was at home at the whole week after the week of my ordering... so i tought they gonna make it easily... Not that happened...Delivery service was terrible...if i can believe the live tracking, then its hard to believe that something need 10 days to arrive from an EU member land to the neighbour land, was EU member too... The live tracking is useless,i had no idea where my order actually is... it gives you fake informations, or my order take a 5 day holiday in a slovakian warehouse, then spent 5 more in a hungarian warehouse too... So im not gonna recommend it for anybody...

I am a returning customer because the service, the delivery time and most importantly the quality of the product is good. The website is easy to navigate and one can easily order or compare different types of tyres.
