I think this company is a scam. I ordered a kaftan and noticed they charged me about $10 more. I got an email that they were canceling my order with no reason why. I emailed them 2 weeks later because I did not see a refund on my account and wat told they didn't cancel my order and it will be shipping. He has not shipped. I have to contact my bank and report fraud. My bank refunded my money and are investigating the charge on my account.

Complete scam. Sent the wrong item completely and won't return messages. Paid $50 for it and got an offer in broken translated english for $8 compensation.

Ordered 2 men’s kaftans. Rec’d 2 very different kaftans of poor quality and wrong sizes. Impossible to contact company for replacement or refund. Company is a scam.

I ordered over $80 worth of goods from Maxikaftan in March 2024 and received and email with my order number and a tracking number stating it would be delivered by early April. When it did not arrive by late April, I emailed them, as they do not have a phone number to contact them, I never heard back, I have emailed them a total of 5x since and have never heard back. This is an out-of-country business and now realize that this is a scam business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!

If I could do no stars, I would. Cheapest crap in the smallest sizes they can get away with. I wish I checked before I spent good money for horrible trash stay clear. You will be sorry be warned.

I ordered a long Tartan skirt with pockets (It looked like a long kilt). Received a short polyester fleece "skirt" that looked like it was made for a doll. No pockets, the tartan was not what was in the picture, and it did not have any folds in the skirt as the pictured kilt did. This was a really bad knock off from an AI Image of a tartan. I should have looked at the catalogue picture closer to see that the tartan was all messed up and there's was no way it was a real picture.

What you see (and order) is definitely NOT what you get. Don't waste your money!

Ordered off Facebook and never received my order. I tried to contact someone in customer service, but it was impossible. My credit card was charged and I couldn’t get refunded back. scam scam scam!!!

Quality was terrible, and they would not respond to a request for a refund even after I tried 6 times to email both the "service" email and "outfitiaservice" email which they said was the one for returns.

Ordered almost £100 worth of clothing for a pride, checked order status and it stated “Your package will be shipped out ASAP”.

Sent two emails and messaged directly via Facebook page and never received a reply.

My advice to potential customers of Maxikaftan is to avoid like the plague and source a reliable customer focused LGBTQIA+ clothing manufacturer/provider.

Finally filed complaint with my credit card

Surprised Instagram have let them go on

Guess I am naive emailed them just before coming here

Ordered $300 worth of merch. Never received 1 item. Never received any response from them. Contacted PayPal and MK immediately asked me not to cancel. Very disappointed!

What I ordered and what I got are two different things. Yes, they are both swimwear, but the color and cut are not even close. This company cheated me and from all of the reviews, it's not worth attempting a return. I will never shop here again.

Placed an order and received a much lower quality item than what was advertised. Initiated the return process posted on their website by emailing their listed customer service email, only to be ignored on 7 emails over a week and a half. Also tried to engage via facebook.

Completely wrong product, and after I emailing customer service to enquire about returns (twice), I get absolutely no response!

What did you guys expect?? The pictures are fake AF - AI generated. You're morons if you buy from it.

i am surprised that paypal still offers services to the company. out of 7 pieces just 1 is more or less as on the picture (the quality of course is not great but i didnt expect too much). ALL OTHER PIECES are completely different, not even close to the picture, different fit (entierly), different colours, or well, completely different clothing... the customer service so far is silent. so yeah, paypal reclamation will most likely be the solution.

i think they take pictures from pinterest, and think... oh well, that looks a little bit like what we bought off our last smuggler, lets try... im really mad because this damn process is just taking up my time.

I don't know why this company hasn't been shut down. They are a total scam. Everything they sell is total garbage. Nothing even remotely resembles the pictures on the site. They have zero customer service and zero communication with customers. I really don't know how they sleep at night. Anybody would be a fool to buy anything from these scammers.
