Just moved to Singapore on the 26th with potential deadly bugs.
Just moved to Singapore on the 26th, and reached out to them for help. Was an odd request, and 3 other companies turned me down.
I needed someone to help me to sanitise and check all my luggage before I could bring myself to touch the bags that came on a logistics flight.
I reached out on facebook, and although the lady was a little unsure, she made sure to call me back and dispatched an off duty technician who happened to be in the area to drop by for a quick look.
He came and did not treat the situation lightly. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and I'm very grateful. His professionalism made me much calmer, and managed to convince me that it normal, and walked me through the steps I needed to take to ensure no bedbugs enter the room and spent more than 2 hours here. Slowly inspecting every piece of gear and helping me soak them in hot water. Even stopping to reheat it to bring it back to optimal temps. Thank you.
My paranoid personality has been a big joke for many, and it was pleasant to find a company that made me feel like I was back home.
