Don’t use!!! Delay in putting my accounts in resulted in massive fines for me after having told me they had done it. They’ve also put me down as CIS and I was self employed never CIS. They put in for a refund under CIS told me I was getting £900 back to cover the fine for their mistake and now I owe again because I’ve been fined for it being filled in incorrectly. I do not recommend at all - they have really screwed me over with over £1300 now I am out of pocket for what should have been a simple return and de registering as self employed.

Sadly, Maximum Rebate should be renamed Smoke & Mirrors. A continued litany of deliberate lies from Carl, making false promises, yet having absolutely no intention of meeting any agreed deadlines or timelines for HMRC submission.

When you push for answers or clarity, do not expect any honesty, more lies are perpetuated. Why, they choose to treat customers like this I just do not understand, quite simply better for all concerned that they do not accept any new clients.

Be warned you will waste far too much time trying to achieve something positive with a group of individuals who have no integrity. Give Maximum Rebate a wide berth!

Do not use this company.. all 3 people lie in have been told for 6 months by lauren and carl they have done a return .. both ignore now .. made out lies about timescales and money asked for tracking number dont give it or reply been in touch with hmrc .. they say nothing at all has been sent .. also know another person which as been with them cannot get a mortgage due to making out they earn less than they do beware of this company as seems as if they are dodgey

Every person that I spoke to was pleasant and professional. The swiftness of the process was extremely efficient and my rebate was handled perfectly from start to finish.
