Maximus drains taxpayer dollars by charging the US government for services. One of the services is approving workers for state jobs assisting the elderly and disabled.
Maximum does awful service.
They talk down to applicants, delay applications leaving them without work. They make mistakes, then blame applicants many of whom speak English as their second language.

Their customer service is terrible, very patronizing and outright disrespectful. They don't care to improve. Often applicants need to reapply which brings more money to this deceitful organization.
Their service in the state of Nebraska and other states is abysmal.

Company lures applicants through job source sites like Indeed, spending tax payer dollars (Federal contracts is their only survival) posting jobs that they recently admitted will NOT consider applicants that apply through these websites. Documentation prove that they don't even analyze, consider, or review applicants from these 'bait' sites. Highly UNRecommended.
