Same here! Ordered in April and received nothing yet. Tried to contact them but they are not answering...

Orederd in Early April 2020 - Still waiting and its August now. Tracking Numbers does not exist and they do not reply to my messages to ask for a refund.

Ordered $170.00 of pbn late March. Now 5th August. Emailed 3 or 4 times, no response. Rang my bank, had refund in less than 24 hrs. Never again!!

Do not buy from Max Novelty. My experience is the same as all the reviewers here. I ordered in early April and it is now early August and no package. I have emailed them and they have provided a shipping confirmation that it was in Shenzhen, China in April and nothing since then. Total scam, I’m fighting for my money back now...

Ordered in March, now early Aug 2020 and still no shipment. They have twice given me tracking numbers that do not show up on tracking sheet.
Too bad, I was looking forward to doing them. BTW.. my friend ordered from a different site and has had 4 shipments since March.

Placed an order four months ago, nothing received. Had to chase up two months in to get a shipping number which never activated. Then sent two more emails to which I never got a reply. Still no product, so now having to go through my bank to get a refund. Absolute waste of time, do not recommend at all, do not buy anything from Max Novelty.

SCAM I ordered in March. I have received NOTHING and it’s August. They charged me right away though. They do NOT answer any emails. No contact phone number. Glad I only order one small PBN.

I ordered a painting from them in April and still nothing. I've actually had contact from them, which seems like I've been lucky with, but my last email has been unanswered. I was given a tracking number that doesn't work. They tracked it for me ages ago and it said it was coming from China! I was under the impression that this was an American company. So I wasn't happy with that. Haven't heard anything from them since. I've contacted my bank and I've received a refund through them thankfully. It's weird with this because I ordered through these guys a year or so ago and I received the painting so I decided to use them again. I wish I could leave a zero star review.

I ordered two canvas mid april and we are now in AUGUST and I didnt receive anything, not even a tracking number. I even sent an e mail to ask to have my money back or my tracking number and they just never answered. Really bad service. Just lost 50 dollars i guess

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
I ordered in April and have not received the items. All email enquiries receive the same generic responses. Reviews on other sites all seem to be saying the same thing. I have learnt my lesson - review the company before you buy.

Ordered Paint By Numbers on 10 April. As at 1 Aug, still no painting, last 4 emails unanswered. Orders and production in China, nothing to do with America. Don’t order off them and get ripped off like I did.

SCAM...No painting arrived. No refund. They are not legit. Don't get suckered in. Buy from someone on Amazon...

I placed an order on April 3rd. After multiple emails I got a response on May 22nd saying that the item was shipped on April 25th. I have sent 3 emails over the past month asking for a refund. I have yet to get a response. The only way to reach them is via email and obviously that is a waste of time.

Like everyone else just an appalling experience. Ordered in March 2020 and despite follow up emails and one response 2 months ago our order was coming nothing has arrived. Utterly non-existant service. Can only surmise they are scammers and a bunch of crooks. Don't have anything to do with them.
