I purchased a frying pan from this website for £101.15. The website uses a .co.uk domain, prices are displayed in GBP, and there was no clear indication prior to purchase that the trader was based outside the UK or that returns would require international shipping.

After receiving the product, I found it to be not as described and sought a refund. The trader has refused to provide a refund unless I return the item to China at my own expense.

The website advertises “swift and easy return with no complications.” However, the actual return process requires shipping the item to China and paying international postage, which I consider unreasonable and inconsistent with UK consumer protection standards.

Exactly the same remarks as Brenda Topham.Bought Tipanexi Frying pan, Definitely DO NOT BUY. Followed the instructions but food stuck really badly, eventually used three times the oil normally used, still not non stick but marginally better. Have sent numerous emails, non responded to by customer service at Maxoffer. Do not honour their statements on their website regarding replacement or refund. Absolutely rubbish company and frying pan cheap and nasty copy.

Firm wants you to jump through hoops, send video of using the pan, as well as the packaging, which I no longer have. Wish I had had the common sense to check trustpilot before buying. Lesson learned the hard way.

It's terrible for such money, the quality is very cheap and it either works for karaoke or it doesn't. They told me to return it, then they said they would refund the money, now they are not returning the money and we don't have the item. We also paid 20 pounds for shipping. Stay away from these cheap Chinese goods.

Ordered 3 of the tipinexi frying pans for presents. One arrived dented. Initial contact from Kelly M was good and offered 10% discount however as this was a present I requested a replacement. I have now chased 5 times and still waiting. This wasn’t a cheap product.

Really disappointed!! I bought my husband a toasifire gilet for Christmas. Unfortunately too small. I contacted them and they saud would exchange with no issues and to send photographs which I did immediately. This was 27th December. I have since emailed at least 4 times and have had no reply. I am so frustrated and would not recommend this company!! The sizes must be incorrect as i ordered 3xl and checked the sizing! It wouldn't even close. What a waste of money!!!

I was referred to this site via another website recommending bike locks little did I know this comes from China and so far it's been 3 weeks and tracking says just departed china today absolutely awful the lock is very expensive too and no doubt will be poor quality or fake etc .
How do these Chinese websites get away with it ? Do not order from here the website who had link to max offer should be ashamed.
I need a lock for my ebike asap too .total crap delivery won't arrive til next year I guess

Product not as described on the MaxOffer website. All kinds of AI generated nonsense in response to my complaint but no actual resolution. Scammers.

I bought a pair of Jaw bone Head phones, these went faulty after one month, max offer do not reply to emails or offer repair / replacement

I paid a premium for a futmatzo training mat from this website and was clearly fooled by their advertisement showing 5* reviews from customers on trust pilot. This is all completely fake. The mat arrived with massive dents in it as it had been folded up to fit into a tiny plastic bag for shipping (clearly to reduce shipping costs as I later found out, it came from China!). The product is advertised to come with instruction videos. It however, arrived with nothing. I contacted the company to complain and after a lot of back and fourth I was sent an 'instructional video', which is just a film of someone using the mat. No instruction what so ever!! I was told I can return the mat but would have to pay shipping. My advise is avoid this company at all costs!!!

I previously wrote how this company are scammers and sold me fake goods from china and refused refund . After endless emails they gave me an address to send for a refund . It cost 20 pounds postage back to china and now they are blanking me again they owe me 80 pounds and I can’t get a reply off of them . No one should trust this company they sell fake goods and they don’t back up there refund policy . STAY AWAY

Be aware that Maxoffer display Truspilot reviews against their products that do not exist on Trustpilot. I have just purchased some Tipanexi pans from Maxoffer that show different customers Trustpilot reviews. I've looked on Trustpilot, and cannot find Tipanexi anywhere.

Bought pair of headphones on an offer to receive 2 pairs for us to use for our marathon in September. We received 1 pair just in time. I’m still waiting for a refund for the pair not received despite numerous emails and sending proof required such as photos of product actually delivered. Would not recommend using this company. The product is also poor quality.

Absolutely abysmal customer services, totally dissatisfied, do not purchase anything from these people unless you’re 100% sure of your buy. I want to return an unused and now unwanted wedding gift for a full refund, I’m happy to send straight back and pay the postage but the response I get by email is that they’ve submitted my photos to the processing team and they’ll get back to me in 1-3 business days. They haven’t. I’ve emailed x3 now requesting a return address and expecting them to initiate the refund but they’ve not communicated with me. And they still have my £109… Be warned, AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought a telescope had parts missing will only replace or 50%refund if I pay to ship to China as nothing is wrong with item unwilling to replace missing parts or give refund

I ordered a colour ebook reader which looked really good and they advertised it as top quality for a decent enough price of £135. It arrived a few weeks later and the item I got was not what they advertised. It was based on antiquated technology. The screen resolution might have been high definition 15 years ago and it didn’t even have WiFi so as I don’t have a computer transferring files was going to be difficult.
I eventually got my epub and .mobi files on a flash drive then onto the device but woe and behold it didn’t even recognise them.
I contacted them and told them I wasn’t happy with the purchase and wanted to return it. They emailed me the address and off it went costing me £15 to ship it. So far so good..
It got all the way to a sorting office in China and was stuck there for 4 months then couldn’t be delivered so it has since been returned to me.
I emailed them a few times and they said they would continue monitoring it.
I have just received a full refund for the product.

I ordered a pair of headphones from MaxOffer and the whole experience has been terrible. When the item arrived, the quality was shockingly poor — cheap materials, poor sound, and nothing like what was advertised.

I contacted them immediately to request a refund, but since then they’ve completely ignored me. No replies, no updates, nothing. It’s clear they have no interest in resolving customer issues or honouring their own return policy.

This company is not trustworthy. Their products are of low quality, and their customer service is non-existent. Avoid MaxOffer at all costs — they are scammers and should not be trading.

I purchased a set of cranovib earphones & after waiting quite a length of time for delivery the product was faulty ! After contacting customer support I had a couple of responses & then silence,no effort to sort this problem! I think they just assumed they could keep my money & leave me with a product that doesn't work!!! They are a scam outfit....AVOID!!!!
