I have ordered from here multiple times and once I have had an issue where the wrong bolts were sent. I contacted customer service and they responded by the next day to offer me a refund for the bolts. Can't complain about their customer service and willingness to rectify the issue

No customer service. Item arrived damaged tried to get in contact with them and received no reply after a few attempts. Ended up having to go through bank to get money back.

I had a great interaction purchasing specialty rate springs for a custom application. The customer service was great and hopefully the springs get here soon so I can finish my project.

Absolutely terrible customer service! i.e. they are not responding in their own website portal, but choosing to ignore me and stay in total silence when I made this request: "This product was advertised as compatible with BMW E39 535i. A professional garage has confirmed the shocks are physically too short and cannot be installed safely. Therefore the item is not fit for purpose under UK consumer law. I require a full refund.” I purchased this product based on its advertised compatibility with BMW E39 models. My vehicle is a BMW E39 535i, and there was no clear indication at the point of sale that this model was excluded. A professional garage has inspected the parts and confirmed that the coilovers are physically too short and cannot be safely installed on my vehicle. Therefore, the product is not fit for purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described and fit for their intended use. This issue is not related to a change of mind or the 30-day return policy, but a fundamental incompatibility. I would like to resolve this amicably and request a refund or suitable replacement. Please advise on the next steps.

I am following up on my previous message regarding order uk250824033432991. As explained, the coil over's supplied are not compatible with my BMW E39 535i and have been confirmed by a professional garage as being too short and not fit for purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a remedy as the goods are not fit for purpose.
If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will proceed with a formal dispute through my payment provider. I would prefer to resolve this directly with you. No reply!

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for their new T6 coilovers for my 2015 Outback. When I went to the site, shipping was exorbitant. I commented on the price on the Facebook ad. Customer service got back to me right away to let me know, typically shipping is free but they are out of stock in the USA and the reason shipping was so high was because the product would be shipping from another country. They also let me know they would be getting more product in soon in the USA and they would let me know when it's available. I'm very grateful for the information. Customer service went above and beyond and I look forward to purchasing some coilovers from them soon.

Awesome really good coilovers and they ride awesome, great customer service they will always be willing to help and work, product quality is great, and the shipping was really fast it got delivered in like 3 days after I bought them, so yes I will recommend it for a budget coilovers they exceed ur expectations nothing better than good customer service good shipping and handling and great product quality

Purchased rear air suspension bags for e61 bmw. One bag was faulty and fell off the vehicle causing damage. Sent a few email to which I got no response. Then raised a chargeback through bank and finally received an email asking to close downthe chargeback. Promised a refund on the 8th Jan and now 15th March but no refund due to issues with their payment handler and waiting for responses from the payment handlers customer services.
Then asked for paypal email address to refund and still no refund after another month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bought a diesel heater from them. Bought it ready for vw van conversion. It worked twice then broke! They didnt care. Used every excuse under the sun to avoid helping me. They did offer less than £2 reduced price on a new one!
They dont care about their customers

Product was shipped fast. Received it sooner than the expected delivery date. Excellent customer service. Very professional. The item was packaged well and safe. Water pump fitment was perfect, bolted it right on with no issues. Guaranteed excellent products. I've also ordered racing suspension from this company. Nice quality products with affordable price. Their welds on the suspension was good and solid. I give them A+ satisfaction! Five stars! Considering the two products I purchased from them.

Awful customer service and product not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY 356 conrods - they won't fit. We have tried numerous times to seek a solution but they just won't engage. They won't provide UK details for a return and so we are telling everyone about them. Forget you ever heard about them!

i bought air suspension kit for 1 of my vans, i fitted the airbags as per instruction but i am supposed to remove the axle location plate citroen fit which i don't agree with, my axle has moved in less than a week,when airbags fitted the only thing locating the axle is friction, now i know why i see vans running down the road sideways, i have removed the airbags today, will try and get a refund from ebay. ill send vosa details of and let them sort it out

Diesel heater had issues with fan within the first 30 days. Dangerous as the fan would fail and stop spinning, causing diesel combustion fumes to come into the inside of the vehicle.

When I raised this to MaxSpeedingRod, they wanted to charge me £40 delivery for a replacement fan. I just got a full refund from Amazon as it was in the first 30 days still.

I would avoid at all costs.

This company frauded us many times. They didnt return money for returned parts. Beware !!!! They are scammers !!!
