I ordered a heater from them last year, took around a month to arrive (was told it would be a matter of days), I tried to cancel the order but they convinced me otherwise so I waited (I'm so regretting that). When it eventually arrived it worked for about 2 days before dying. Told them I was sending it back, they again tried to convince me not to (even suggesting that I sell it online) but it was the depths of winter at that stage and I didn't have another month or more to wait around so I returned it via registered post.
Anyway, checked my bank account some time later, no refund, emailed them back and forth, waited, emailed, waited... 7 months later and literally fifty something emails later and now they just keep saying that they haven't received it even though I have sent them a picture of the original receipt with the tracking number and a screenshot from the carrier's website showing that it has been delivered. If I'm generous I would say they just can't find it but I think the reality is that they think they can get away with not refunding me.

I had brought a set of coils for bmw e46 they are good value for the price and other then a small hiccup that they are sorting they work well and as my normal company I suggest them to most people

Hi guys i ordered a turbo and i had paid shipping 106.5 English pound to get it soon... they right is going to come in four to seven working days... There is two weeks now and nothing come I asked them they don't answer me where is my product.. I lost 43 euro per day for renting car and now I lost my money they didn't send me my money back yet.. so if you want to buy something for them don't trust them very bad service...thank you

Shipping was quick as fast! I loved these coilovers since I got them! I get them for my 300zx I did have to warranty the rears but they were extremely helpful and kind and no hesitation helped my right away! Will definitely be buying from them again!

Shipping was fast seller pack it nicely. The controller was a nice quality part. It installed in less than 30 mins. The throttle control looks and performs like the OEM part. Very happy with part and service.
