SELLERS BEWARE-They'll force used and damaged returns on you

SELLERS BEWARE - you will be forced to take back used and damaged items
They will force you to take back items the buyer used and returned.
I was a seller with Maxretail for over a year. Recently they forced me to take back an expensive pair of boots as the buyer claimed they had a dent on the toe. I provided photos showing the boots were brand new and perfect when they left my possession. They didn't care and proceeded with forcing me to take back these boots I had not shipped damaged. Despite my many protests and the proof provided, they still charged me for the return and shipped me back the boots. Upon receipt, I did an unboxing video and took several photos. Upon opening the box on camera, the boots showed clear signs of wear: white spots on the foot of the boots, dirt on the soles, signs of wear on the heels and tissue paper taken out of the feet of both boots. I reached out to them and provided photos of the stains and dirt and they still didn't care.

Shame on you MaxRetail! You would rather do a seller dirty than do the right and fair thing.
