We felt they were a Little rude if you asked them questions and when it came time for us to left they made it very clear that it would be on there time so we waited ages for use of the lift we made house moving day even more stressful

Excellent Service
Due to a sudden change in circumstances, I needed a storage unit fast. The team at Max Self Storage were so helpful and gave me lots of advice, including recommendations for a 'man with a van'. Very satisfied
Hired space for over a year place clean staff helpful and friendly.
Just a point. Large storage units are at the top of the building. Very difficult to get up stairs if you have a mobility issue. Perhaps install a bell or inter com to signal when you want hoist to lower your goods to the ground floor rather than having to go up and down all the stairs to notify staff that your ready for the goods to be lowered to the ground.
