Ran my first sale and i was quite impressed with the return that we got. Some items sold for a little less than we wanted while some lots sold for much more. The customer service was fantastic and overall the seller portal was user friendly. I will definitely use maxsold again!

The MaxSold staff did an outstanding job at planning, photographing and cataloging all the items for auction. The follow up staff that provided the oversight during pickup day were also outstanding.

I really like having someone I can call and get help solving my problem. My last sale everyone was great. And they never make me feel like I am bothering them. They are there to help!!

The people were very nice and helpful and even in the evening hours. They were ready to work with and the process was pretty straight forward. I will do another auction in the future.

Lots of support and very easy to work with

The Team was very patient with consistent check ins on my organizing along with uploading items for sale. Technical assistance was offered. The Team were professional and pleasant to work with.

The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally. Communications were easy and thoughtful. The only change I would make would be to allow the seller to set a minimum price for each item.

It was a smooth and well run process and the staff was amazing. Thanks to Jill and her teams in Ottawa. Very kind respectful and fun. Made it all less painful to empty a house that my parents had lived in for 68 years. Only house I have known. WELL DONE

Excellent customer service from my first call to my last. All questions and concerns answered swiftly. Smooth operation!

I arrived at my designated time slot.
After waiting for 10 minutes in the cold,
it turns out that my item is across the street at a different pickup location. 10 minutes later, I finally got out of there. 20 minutes isn't really an acceptable pickup time. There just weren't enough people there that knew what was going on.

brough Old coins in a frame, Des coins are from around the world, some date to 1800 and up. Don't know if they are genuine, see pictures. Some appear to be silver as some are tarnished. After pick up found out all are fake not even silver lost CND$1100

The entire process isn't complete yet but thus far everything has gone smoothly, very easy to follow instructions, but the final billing/compensation is not complete.

My Maxsold experience with my Seller Managed auction has been great from start to finish with both an excellent result and smooth and easy pick up. Staff was there to address any concerns and there was good feedback at every step of the process from the initial contact, signing of the contract, submitting the catalogue, going live, receiving the buyers list after the close and pickup as well as any follow up from the seller’s report after the pickup.

I worked with Ayana for the most part, and she helped me with every specific question I had along the way, Shafia also directed me to the right channels to get my auction on it's way. Great team & a great experience.

The staff who catalogued our possessions were professional and helpful. It was a difficult process but they guided us in getting ready for the auction.

We had a very good experience with MaxSold. It was clear and easy template to set up our auction and I was impressed with the customer service when we had questions--even on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
