NO REPLY FOR WARRANTY SHOCKS WITHIN 2 MONTHS
I bought a set of maxspeedingrods coilovers through a reseller on Ebay, the rear shock absorbers went faulty and one front top mount failed within 5 or 6 months of fitting. I spoke to maxspeedingrods directly and they offered me a discount on a new better quality set and I agreed. This new set is not 2 months old and the rear shocks have failed again! I provided videos and pictures to show where the shock absorbers have gone wrong and it's been a weekend with no resolution and they have stopped reply to me altogether. Two months and less than 1000 miles, shock absorbers should not fail! If this is not resolved I will have to take this further as this is beyond poor customer service. I've had to borrow a car because the rears are so bad!

This is a update to my previous one star review of this company. I ordered a replacement 318 Dodge carburetor and it arrived after several days. When I installed it the accelerator pump didn't function. I emailed notifying them of the problem and got a response after a few days apologizing for the inconvenience and wanting me to send representative pictures of the problem. I replied that I didn't know how to take a picture that would represent the problem and ask what else I could do and got no response. After a few days went by with no futher response l ordered a carburetor from another source, but before it arrived I received a replacement from Maxspeedingrods that works properly. I am raising my rating from one star to two.
