The pictures were large and clear and the descriptions were informative. The pricing is great, far better than the local national hardware/garden center chain store. I had a question and their customer service chat was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were answered clearly. My item was shipped the afternoon that I ordered it and the only reason it arrived a day later than expected was on FedEx, not MaxTool. This is during the midst of the Corona Virus outbreak so I do not fault FedEx for being a day late and hope they made much more important deliveries than a lawnmower first. Especially since it hasn't stopped raining here long enough to mow in several weeks! Thanks, Liv
