I followed the setup instructions, however my carrier (Verizon) also charged me for service as well….$12.00 per day for 26 days. Very disappointed.

I almost had a bad experience due to a misunderstanding of time frames, fortunately, Novi, from support team, changed this and helped me to find a solution. Thanks again Novi!

I have bought several eSIMs from Maya Mobile. I found them to have cheaper options than other providers, and mostly the eSIMs worked well and were easy to set up. I had a problem with one of them, contacted customer service who responded very quickly, and immediately refunded me. I was really impressed with the level of service and will be more inclined to use them again in future because of this.

This is the second time I am having issues with their eSim service. Last time was early Feb this year in Saudi where the service was terrible. This time I bought 2 eSims for the UK. Although activated there is no mobile data service. Had to buy a physical sim.

Great solution for 10-day holiday

I was in Guatemala for a 10 day trip and needed a mobile data solution. I purchased a plan from Maya Mobile, and the activation process was very easy and the service was great everywhere I went while in country. I highly recommend them.

I had difficulty installing an eSIM and activating it on an Android phone. I used Maya’s chat service to request for help. They had AI try to address the issue first but it was not able to support me with the issue. I didn’t have to wait long for an agent to help me and they were very useful! Guided me through the process in a way that was easy to follow and even waited for me while I was trialling different solutions. In the end, they were able to help me solve the issue. Maya mobile was fantastic! My partner and I both bought sims for Europe. The data worked so well across multiple countries and really made the trip a breeze. Installing was easy!

Easy to buy, easy to renew, and works fine.

Great fast and reassuring customer service

Esim stopped working after 2 days in Vietnam. Customer help tried helping me but their tips didnt work. No refund granted and I had to buy another esim from a different provider.

Very good easy to install

Bought for trip to the Caribbean and the US - the global eSIM claimed to cover all the Caribbean islands I was visiting. Worked for US and two of the four islands. I contacted them after the trip to complain and was told:
"We do not offer partial refunds or compensations at the moment"
