Don't even know where to start. I got inspired by some Dutch influencers who recommended them, but little did I know they were not ready for all the attention and would rob me not only from my time but also lots of money.
I spent 350$ (And not even customs included) on them only to wait for 6+ (!!) months for my order to never arrive. They did not once apologize for any inconvenience- instead they made me pay for their own mistakes. There were no explanations other than it was my own mistake because I ordered "the most difficult shoe to make". They admitted in the end they did not have the capacity to keep up with the orders, but were also too lazy to cancel my order and refund me. Instead I had to retrieve it from my own bank.
Every time when confronted they just delete it all instead of just giving a simple explanation or apology. I asked many times to make a post so that people won't order more and more and never get anything, but they refused that too.
Will not in any way recommend unless you'd like to lose hundreds of dollars, get a big headache and be treated like you are nothing (unless you have many followers, then they work very hard on your order). Also don't make the mistake of ordering outside of Mexico and expect a possible return (even if they made your custom order wrong) - even though it says so on their website, they won't do it and leave you in the dark.
Such an unfortunate situation as their shoes are insanely cool and amazingly crafted. Step up your game Regina, you could be earning so well on this but instead you choose to do it in the most disrespectful way.
