I told them I would like a refund as the product that they sent me was not the same product on the model.
They said it would cost me to send it back even though they sent me something completely different . The jacket is seethrough. I have sent photos and they have just sent automated emails back.

Items took a month to come and when they did arrive quality is shocking- cheap and nasty.
I don’t dare bother asking for a refund as customer service are awful they just send email proformas rather than answering your question.
