Exceptional Customer Service

It was not easy to find a contact email address for the company. When I did I raised a query about a product on the Tommee Tippee website. I was blown away by the fact that Karen Crosby​ responded to me within 4 hours on a Sunday evening. We spoke on the phone the following day, Karen went out of her way to find a solution, explain everything to me and ensure I was happy with the outcome. I cannot praise Karen enough for her customer service and professionalism and the fact the company has taken on board the feedback.
