All the best of praises to the Mayer capital team. They are honest, trustworthy, and fair. Always a pleasure as they helped me out several times now. There’s never any nonsense and they get right to the point and care for me and my family’s best interest!
They are very knowledgeable and always took the time to explained the steps to the loan process very clearly. I felt very comfortable and our communication was good; definitely not just a paper filer service like some others. I got good rates, great service, and they exceeded my expectations. Thanks for everything! In short, I highly recommended them.

Trustworthy and knowledgeable!
Trustworthy; they found me the best rates from different banks and explained clearly the differences between the loans presented to me. I felt at ease working with them, and I must have called 20x with different questions and what if’s along the way. They were always helpful and knowledgeable. This is my third loan, my other 2 loans were not nearly as easy as this last one with Mayer Capital. Highly recommend their services to anyone

Strongly recommend !!
After weeks of going back and forth with my bank and TONS of paperwork, they raised my rate. I started to look elsewhere and was happily referred over to Mayer Capital. Nothing but smooth sailing from the start, and closed in 3 weeks !! Cheaper, faster and much more knowledgeable. Strongly recommend !
