Complete scam!! Do not buy.

Arrived and not what ordered cheap and fake made. When asked for refund return address based in China. Had to pay expensive shipping fees and never received refund. Complete scammers

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Initially, they were super communicative when I'd asked to make sure that my address was correct because I'd paid using Apple Pay + had had issues with parcels going missing. They were so reassuring that everything would go smoothly.
I then followed the process for a return as the jacket + jumper were nothing like the images/video used on the website/in ads. Not even the same fabrics or colours. Might I add that a lot of the images + video snippets in ads were lifted from several bloggers + creators social media platforms).
I negotiated a partial refund + was told that I'd be reimbursed within 3-5 business days.
It's been 2 months + crickets. I'm reporting them to shopify.

Like the rest of the reviews, I ordered a jacket cost 32£ and high postage fee too. Jacket came and was awful quality, was emailing back and fourth with someone called “Michelle” who offered me a partial refund, I accepted instead of spending more money returning it to china?! Was promised the money in my account 3-5 days later, this never happened. 1000% SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Not received the item I purchased nearly a month ago. When I try and track the order, I’m taken to a page saying ‘not taking any orders’
Emailed them no response.
Big fat scam!!!

I received an item which is terrible quality nothing like the picture. When asked for a refund she insisted that I send her back the jacket to China, which I had to pay for myself. They offered to give me a 50% refund but I have still not received it. Emailed them 100s of times but have never received a response since then.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Ordered over £100 worth of items they looked nothing like the items on their website. They were made from cheap material and arrived with no tags. I asked for the process for a full refund, they offered an exchange of items which I agreed to as I would have to pay for shipping the first batch back to China! I waited for over a month, the exchanged items arrived just as terrible as the first batch. An absolute scam, they shouldn’t be allowed to operate this scam.

I bought a teddy coat and it was nothing like the pictures advertised. It was made from cheap material with no label on it. Sent multiple emails to them, and they have ignored me to sort a refund out. This company needs shutting down!!!!

Order took a month to arrive and the item was not as described. I ordered a suede jacket and it isn’t suede, different colour, buttons, fit. Very cheap.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. ITS AS SCAMMER. The product looked nothing like the picture and come in pattern pieces. Customer care have ignored my emails and request for return and refund- FRAD ALERT

Ordered a coat for quite a lot (£32). It arrived and the quality was nothing like the pictures, and it wasn't even branded, it had no label on it. Clearly made cheaply in China. I contacted customer service and they offered me a replacement item, which they then pretended to send out to me but the tracking number didn't even work so it clearly was false. I asked them for an update over email several times and they stopped replying. AVOID!

I ordered the Vienna Suede Jacket...do not purchase.Not as described and such poor quality to expensive postage costs to return.Have requested a refund waiting for a reply.

I ordered the Vienna suede trench coat,
1. They say it's suede, it's definitely not even close to suede
2. Customer Service response is so very slow
3. I received it with a button missing and unsightly threads but they still want me to pay to send it back.
4. It's from China, return is to China, took weeks to come to the UK.
Now I have to pay to return it.
Do not waste money buying a poor quality Trench coat.
