I was charged for their plumber to come over on Friday afternoon to investigate a leaking pipe in the kitchen for which the water had to be turned off. He told my tenant he would call me to explain the job, but that never happened. After a weekend with no water I called the company many times the following 3 days and they had no information to give me about the urgent job they had taken. Only on Wednesday afternoon I was sent a quote: to replace a pipe which was in an area of difficult access, they would charge me £2.700. I contacted another plumbing company which was able to send a plumber the following day and the job was completed in the same morning. I was charged £500, and given 12 months guarrantee. Unless you want to trust unreliable people who will rip you off, do not use Mayfair Plumbers. (So this can be verified: property in N42HL, Quote 58895)

Absolutely rip off, dishonest, delivered cowboy job. Arrogant plumber, extremely expensive, not reliable, charged me for £780 for a job hasn’t been resolved. The rude, unfriendly plumber explained something and wrote different t on his report. Gave me an invoice with no break down. Promised to send the photo of the parts he was changing, he never did. Problem hasn’t been resolved. Company asked me further £2500 if I really want to repair the water mixer tab. I send my concern by email to the company . The so called responsible person called me once, cold call, absolutely reluctant to reply to me by email. Unfortunately, I Trusted the check a trader’s app to find this company and that was my biggest mistake. Don’t trust the Mayfair Plumbers at all.

This is the worse experience I have had in a long time. I found these plumbers via Checkatrade. They charged me for 2 hours to replace a kitchen sink tap, previously the same tap had take 30 mins to replace. The plumber was slow - I could see he was taking his time to extend the time - and very rude. I would definitely not recommend Mayfair plumbers and they should be take off Chekatrade.

It was my first time using this company, the lady who booked my call was very pleasant and helpful, I was reluctant to pay the whole call out fee so she agreed to taking 50% , then the plumber called and asked if he could come earlier than my original appointment, this suited me better. He was very good, quick and did a great job. We had pleasant conversation too. I will definitely be using him again, his name was Jude, the price was reasonable too. I am very happy with the outcome.

My hot water started running hot and cold. Put an add on checkertrader. Mayfair plumbers rung me. £120 for the first hour and they could be there the next day, great! Fella turns up called Ricky fiddles around with the boiler for a bit, has a little break watches some you tube does a bit more fiddling, after 45 min tells me it's going to cost me £1000 and I should just get a new boiler, luckily his company can do it within the week, and tells me I will get a brand-new super boiler. I ask him to send me quotes and I will have a chat with the missus. He then precedes to clear up, 10 mins later he runs back waving his little meter and points out the carbon monoxide is too high, and he must switch off my boiler. He then hits me with the immortal line "YOU COULD HAVE DIED" at this point I am beginning to have doubts that Ricky has me or my boilers best intensions at heart. He then informs me that I owe him another £72 because we had gone 2 min into the next hour and I had to pay for another 30 minutes. Obviously after just having my life saved by this caped crusader how could I refuse. 10 minutes after leaving I received 2 quotes £850 to repair or £4500 to fit the most basic cheap boiler to ever exist at the bottom of bargain bucket.
An hour later a friend of a friend ex British Gas turned up. It took him 15 min to diagnose the problem and can get the parts and fit them for £300 or fit a brand-new Bosch Worcester boiler for £2500. He also measured the carbon monoxide and pointed out that it was just enough to make an elderly asthmatic mouse slightly uncomfortable.
Do not use Mayfair plumbers, they use pressure sales, time wasting and scare tactics. Just use a reputable company like British Gas.

We needed our gas turning on ASAP, and several people weren't available because of the heat, but these guys called me straight away, we organised a visit within 2 hours - which was actually closer to an hour - and then got a call from the engineer to tell me he was on his way. The engineer Dan was incredibly helpful and friendly; such a nice bloke, and sorted the issue efficiently. Massive thumbs up all round.

Daniel and Ben were friendly and honest. They were thorough trying to sort the issues out I had. The piping in my house is a challenge especially in the airing cupboard with more pipes than there should be but they sorted the problem and my water is running better than it ever has. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Ricky has done an amazing job with the boiler and the leaking water pipes. The boiler was noisy and inefficient, and he resolved all the issues professionally and efficiently. Ricky provided excellent customer service, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was fully explained. Overall, he went above and beyond his assigned tasks, and I am extremely satisfied with his work. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

Being a perfectionist myself I was pleased that your plumber Ricky had the same mindset. His work showed he takes great pride in her shoes great pride in his work and I can't fault his manners. Exemplary.

needed an old stopc ock moved.. Charlie arrived within the specified time fame and quickly completed the job. he moved some pipework and installed a new slim line valve . he cleaned the area before leaving. very happy!!!!

We booked Mayfair plumbers to repair our tap and to change our water filter. Would definitely book them again! Very transparent and reliable. Jude was very knowledgable and helpful.
