No after sales service or backup prepare to be ignored

This review is for Kapiti branch of Mayfair pools aka Pinnacle Pools.
Mayfair pools refurbished my pool and the filtering system and then bad staining appeared on the bottom of the pool. Unfortunately Mayfair pools after sales service for mistakes and defects does not exist and they will distance themselves from you and ignore you and hope you will just go away. They installed an inferior filtering system which i have had to replace with my own money so they will not stand by their work or their products which is pretty sad. If i want any remedy I will be forced to go to the Disputes Tribunal.
