I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The Forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently.
For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind.
It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

My experience with Osaze from Mayfords was excellent. He is highly professional and provided extraordinary assistance with my move. Osaze was able to quickly process all the requirements and showed true dedication by even making a follow-up call on a Sunday to ensure a successful move-in.

Great people to deal with at Mayfords estate agents. They managed to get me a property to rent very quickly. They were also extremely polite!

Since Mayfords started managing St Saviour's Court in Harrow on behalf of the freeholders about three years ago, residents have been plagued with the following problems:

- Flytipping and littering
-Inadequate bin space and missed collections
- Irresponsible parking which has blocked access for disabled residents
- Loud music
- Broken entry gates and doors that compromise safety
- Abusive and threatening behaviour by certain tenants toward their neighbours

Attempts to communicate with Mayfords about these issues are completely ignored, or if you do manage to trick someone into speaking with you, they say they'll get back to you and never do. I assumed only tenants were being treated with such contempt, but recently learned that owners have had a similar experience.

Pretty much the only sign of Mayfords' presence is some condescending posters about sorting recycling and so forth. They didn't even make these themselves but have printed out posters from Peabody, the housing association. This is not social housing and we are private tenants paying market rates.

This has gone from an excellent place to live to a place we are hoping to escape as soon as possible. If you're flat-hunting and see a "managed by Mayfords" sign - run!

Moses Kazibwe from Mayfords was recommended to me by a friend. I had taken my house off the market due to bad experience with another agency.. Moses not only sold my home he also got the asking price. This agent was very easy to work with communication was excellent. The staff were very polite and efficient.

Excellent 5 star gold service extremely professional from start to finish from Moses and Osaze we were buying the property from Mayfords and had a lot of problems with our buyers solicitors and the buyer but Moses and Osaze did a lot of hard work in the background with all parties and we had excellent communication at all times throughout the process which made the sale complete on time. These guys need a massive raise. If I had to sell again I would choose Mayfords
