I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience with Mayland.dk.

I ordered several products, including calendars and pens, but the order arrived much later than expected. To make matters worse, I received the wrong products.

I contacted their online customer service to explain the problem, but the responses are very slow and, despite contacting them, my issue still has not been properly resolved.

Delays can happen, but receiving the wrong products and then having to wait a long time for customer service to respond makes the whole experience very frustrating. I expected much better customer service and a proper solution to the problem.
