Only given one star as there wasn’t an option for no stars. I ordered a dress which didn’t arrive until a month and a half to find that the quality was atrocious, I complained via email, they offered me 40% refund which I accept but they had either blocked me or changed their email address as my email kept failing to go through, hence no refund and a dress that has been binned. Do not but from mayla studios.
Steer clear! Ordered a dress and took nearly a month to arrive. Now apparently their e-mail address doesn’t work? Dodgy as anything. Have disputed the payment as they haven’t responded to my previous e-mail either asking for the address to send it back to.
Please don’t waste your money or time buying from this company. Ordered a dress for my daughter came it was tiny bear in mind she’s only a size 4. The quality was shocking to. Tried to return the item and took a week to get a response all they wanted to offer me was 10% refund & 50% off to spend next time. It’s now a month on and I’m still trying to get my money back. Stay away from this company
Absolute joke. The dress took twice as long as long as stated to turn up. I’ve repeatedly emailed to return it but they keep trying to sell me more clothes instead of sorting it out. Definitely not ‘hassle free returns’. I just want my money back.
