I have shopped at Maze for years and find their clothing choice amazing a lovely mixture of European Brands and British.

A faultless service from Maze with great communication and very helpful sales assistance. I ordered at Lunchtime and received my purchase the following afternoon in London.

Maze went completely above and beyond helping me to buy a coat which had gone out of stock. When my size was returned, they called me before putting it back on line so I had the chance to buy it. They even transferred the 10% discount I had used on line buying a larger version of the coat which didn’t fit. Really kind, efficient and friendly staff. Personalised note in the delivery also a lovely touch. Thank you Maze!

By having what I wanted, when I wanted it these guys helped out. Can’t say more than that!
What made them even better, mind is the speed at which they handled the request. Order placed and less than 24 hours later, order received.

The website is easy to use , plenty of choice of good quality clothing.I placed an order which arrived before the expected date.The packaging was pretty basic ( not in a box like Matches or Paul Smith ,but you are not paying their prices ) but functional.
Overall a pleasant experience shopping at Maze.
it may be useful to offer returning customer's a discount on their next order as they might place a next order sooner.

I just wanted to say I ordered 2 x Cire Trudon boxes of matches from your website via Trouva. They arrived so fast AND with a handwritten note. I was thrilled. What superb service and it really was such a lovely touch to read your note. THANK YOU. Great service. Small gestures can mean so much especially in these times. I can't recommend this boutique enough. Customer service is so important and is top of the agenda here. I ordered a Bellerose parka with confusing sizes and after an email chat, their advice was perfect. Lovely communication, rapid reply, great packaging and sent super quickly. A great little shop selling lovely clothes. Always worth a visit in Bath.

My partner had spent over £450 in their Bath branch on a new coat and pair of boots. Curious about the designer of the coat, we researched him at home. We found the exact same coat for half the price (£100 over the £200 we had paid in Maze) on the designers website. Giving Maze the benefit of the doubt, I presumed they had not bench marked their pricing yet. My partner went to return the coat and was told he could only be offered a credit note as he was (12 hours) over the return policy duration (14 days). When airing our disgust at the designer selling his coat at half the price - the gentleman simply said "we don't need to have sales". I wouldn't step foot in this shop again.
