Product lacks install instructions upon arrival.
After orderring the product, the company immediately emails directions online as to how to use the product. The product arrives a week and a half later with no instructions inside. The customer has to search back through emails to locate instructions for use. Instructions should be mailed with the product along with an illustration as to which end is up or down. I had to look at a video to determine how to insert it properly since the wording is not as clear as it should be. Map itself still not registering my friend's address and her road has been established at least 2 years ago.

The chip worked well
The chip worked well. They were very responsive to my first corrupted chip and sent we a replacement that worked well. Good support and I will continue to do business with them.

I ordered a newer map update sd card…maps update
I ordered a newer map update sd card for my Toyota. It arrived quickly and the installation was immediate without any problems and much less expensive than through a Toyota dealership.

Don't purchase the navigation upgrade
The map upgrade did not come with directions so I did my best trying to figure out how to install it. The upgrade card did not work and it killed the navigation system in my car.

Good price and fast shipping. I bought one for each of our two vehicles. They work every bit as good as the original but they are updated. Things change and your navigation system needs to be updated. I will buy from them again in the future.

The card worked perfectly
The web site made it easy to place my order. Shipping was quick. The best part was that the card worked! I had ordered a card from another vendor a few months back and although it downloaded and worked, when I restarted the vehicle, it had to be downloaded again. The card from the MazNavStore worked perfectly as we just used it on our recent trip with no problems. I would definitely buy from them again.
