Pleasantly surprised!!!
I went onto the website for the store, looking for a specific item and quickly found it. I ordered it and was given a delivery date, which was the actual delivery date! I received a confirmation email along with instructions on how to install the SD card which, in this day and age is unheard of! I am very grateful to this great company and I would easily use them again for any of my Mazda navigation card needs.

Wasn’t sure of the sims card I needed
So I sent off an email few hours later got confirmation it was correct.
Received it rather quickly, popped it in
and that’s all I did. Works like a charm .
Dealership here in INDY WANTED $400
for the exact same card .
After a completely new CMU per
Class action suit which didn’t do anything to fix the spinning of it trying to connect. The SIMS card I believe was corrupted after the dealership did updates. It failed shortly after that.
When I called them after the new CMU
PLACEMENT failure … oh you have a bad SIMS card🤯. I told them this is what I said prior to the repair .
Can’t make this stuff up ppl

The SD card they sent would not load…
The SD card they sent would not load anything. Customer service was responsive, but the only option they gave was send it back and get a refund. No troubleshooting or offering a replacement, which is annoying as I still need the maps updated. I haven't received the refund yet either, but these things usually take some time.

Sadly we did not have compatible card for you. The refund was processed from our side even before we received the card back, we advised that your card company can take up to 7 days to process the credit to your account.

Way better alternative than being cheated by a Dealer!
I considered ordering the map update for my vehicle from a dealer. Then I was quoted the price and knew there had to be a better alternative. MazNav was the answer! The shipping was FAST! The install was simple and happened behind the scenes. simply popped the old card out and popped the new one in.
