Ordered a guitar for my grandson's birthday, it did not arrive so I was forced to purchase another. When it did arrive days later, I tried to return it, they sent a QR code that did not work, they sent another, that too did not work. They arranged a collection and I stayed in for 2 days, they did not show. They promised a return label through the post, this has not arrived. Shocking service and Amazon are slow to support. Awful company, stay away.

SCAM - Avoid!

I thought I was buying with Amazons protection but obviously not. Sent me a resealed damaged power supply sold as New and then won't respond to any messages beside a fake automated response. They also seem to be cancelling the evri return as everytime I take it to a shop it says "this return doesn't exist" huge scammer avoid.

Bought a printer from Amazon and it was broken , so I asked Amazon for a refund so they sent me to this company! PLEASE anyone reading this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them !! I had to fight and I was eventually sent a email with the address where I could send it back , the email says I will be reimbursed for the postage which was £18 !!! They have refused to reimburse me ! However, I have the email and I will fight to get it ! Please , people trust my review! It was bought 9 th dec , and I have only just got the money back for the dodgy printer , it’s a useless place !! AVOID!!

Ordered a guitar off amazon through this company. got delayed at first then it never came on the delayed date now it said i can get a refund but i need to wait another 3 days because the “seller” needs to rely to me although i have no hope they will reply

Ordered an XPG S70 BLADE SSD from Maznun on Amazon and it arrived the following morning (today). Seemingly a legitimate new product. Arrived in original packaging and the serial number worked on the manufacturer’s website.

Edit: A few months in, the SSD is great, it is very fast and reliable so far. I’ve revised my rating up to 5 stars.

Ordered an LFC digital watch for my grandson
Was only able to set the hour not the minutes . After 1day digital screen broke and no display at all !

My partner ordered a Newcastle bag from them on the 19th April, shecwas told it would be a 2-3 day tracking service. Email received confirming order and they took the payment.
She is still waiting, she has emailed them and still no reply. No customer service, no updates.

I wish I had checked before concluding an order for a Cello Android Smart TV from them on Amazon.
Order was made with extra charge for second day delivery but I was the one calling them after 3 days of non-delivery.
Eventually, a faulty/defective TV was delivered five days after. All efforts for return and refund of faulty has been lingering (back & forth) due to extremely poor customer service and seemingly unwillingness to take item and refund.

We placed an order with Maznun on the 27/11/2021 for a motherboard AsRock X570 Pro 4 using Amazon, but after receiving the item on the 03/12/2021 realized that it does not fit a mini-tower.
On the 03/12/2021 and following Maznun advice, We ordered a 2nd motherboard directly with them for an AsRock X570M which is the correct size for the enclosure and sent the same day unopened and unused the original item.
Maznun received the original item 5 days later but only refunded £68 of the £170 original price on the 23 March 2022.
Initially Maznun was alleging that the original item was opened and used and that is why they have only partially refunded, but this was proven untrue by photographic evidence and receipts.
The last message from Maznun was received on the 23/12/2022 where they state that that too long has now lapse to do anything about it.
I have yet to receive the balance.

They don't deserve not even a star! The worst customer service and website! I placed an order for 3- 5 days delivery and after 5 days they send me an e-mail saying there was no stock available anymore so I got a refund. They didn't even bother to answer my e-mail back as when they will receive stock and also, on the website there was no mention stock was out. I don't recommend!

I ordered a wax Buddha burner and I didn’t receive my order with the time they gave me. So I emailed them they told me my parcel had been lost in the post and asked if I wanted a replacement I said yes I have emailed them multiple times since to ask about my order. Have not had a reply

Bought a designer boots and for my surprise when it arrived the product was not legit. When I went on their website to look for the return address I had to fill a form and wait 5 days for someone to send me an address. Please be aware of this website as they sell fake products. UPDATE: I have returned the item and requested full refund, however they ignore my emails and no refund has been made.

Ordered a Halloween mask on a 1 - 2 day delivery. Delivery came on time, product is really good. All in all good service.
